How do our new Hybrid Training classes fit into your LEAR exercise prescription?

Since these classes are a combination of functional movements and exercise principles of mobility, building strength and improving cardiovascular fitness, we will often prescribe these classes for clients who are looking to build strength and/or aren't meeting the 150+ minutes of cardiovascular exercise outside of training with us at LEAR.

We will also be looking to improve your quality and control of movement in these classes so you can continue to work towards your functional goals while incorporating elements that will aid weight loss or building muscle strength in these classes.

Whether you've never been to a gym before or done quite a bit of strength training in the past, we will make sure that you are prescribed the appropriate level Hybrid Training class for you based on the outcomes of your assessments and your health and fitness goals!
