Taking that first step into fitness is tough. Going into a class with strangers can be daunting. We offer a full range of studio - based Fitness classes taught by our friendly, fully trained instructors. Our classes include Strength Training, Core Blast, BEAT Cycle, TRX Training, BoxFit, HIIT, Super Circuits. We have classes running throughout the day, evening and weekends. Please check the timetable
In addition we have Physio-led Fitness classes aimed at helping you to start or restart exercising after injury or illness. Taught by our Physiotherapist team they will help and guide you with your exercise.
Our Cancer Rehabilitation Exercise Classes - PINC and STEEL - are for women and men. We run 30 minute classes that will help you gain confidence in starting to exercise. Our Physiotherapists will assess, assist and guide you. Prior to starting the classes you will have a one-to-one session with the Physiotherapist to discuss your health.
