Her classes are creative and she pushes people to do the best they can in all sessions. Katy loves playing hockey, baking and spending time with her friends and family. She also dedicates a lot of time to becoming physically fitter and stronger.
Jon has over 20 years’ experience in MSK, neuro and respiratory physiotherapy. He loves to continually learn and apply his knowledge to help optimise clients’ physical function and reduce dysfunction. Jon is knowledgeable, funny and aims to make a difference to each client he treats. Outside work, you might see Jon on a bike or a paddle board or enjoying a long walk
Marco is a physiotherapist and a Pilates instructor, originally from Madrid, Spain. He has two degrees from Spain and the USA with experience in traumatology, paediatrics, neuro rehab and sports as well as his APPI qualification in matwork.Outside of work, he likes outdoors sports and activities such as hiking and kayaking. He loves all aspects of team sports and fitness!
Kacper is hard working, professional and motivated. He provides 1:1 training, soft tissue therapy, initial injury assessments and exercise prescriptions plus he teaches classes. He uses his knowledge of the human body and experience with private clinics and a professional rugby team to your benefit. In his down time, Kacper spends time with his family, has a great interest in sports and likes to go on long walks and hikes.
Emily has a real passion for people. She wants to help people every day. Emily always has so much to offer clients and colleagues and she is keen to see people progress towards their goals. At work, Emily is a champion for Pilates and how it can make a real difference to movement, strength and pain. At home, she is creative and arty, a mummy and a runner.
Kirsty ensures LEAR runs smoothly. From overseeing bookings to reviewing Health and Safety, Kirsty ensures no box is left unticked. With 2 sons, a partner and a rescue greyhound at home, Kirsty is busy outside of LEAR too. Long walks in nature, jogging, Pilates and reading take up most of her spare time.
